The Vision Behind The Turtl™
The vision to create The Turtl came from Mr. Albert Skaggs, the President of Skaggs Builders, Inc. Mr. Skaggs has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Located in south-central Indiana, Skaggs Builders, Inc. has been building custom homes, multi-family complexes, and light commercial buildings since 1977.
As the exclusive distributor of the Turtl™, Soco Supply realized the need to help home owners by providing them with a significant upgrade in their crawl space entry system. Soco Supply has been developing ideas for addressing crawl space issues for over 10 years. These efforts have culminated in The Turtl™ Crawl Space Door and Crawl Space Entry System.
